Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by Rehan International Packers and Movers. The specific terms of each booking will be shared with you in writing and take precedence over this general summary.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information you provide, including inventory, addresses, access and date. If the actual goods, access or scope differ, the quotation may be revised before or during the move.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation and any agreed advance is received. Moving dates and times are subject to availability.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate details of goods and access at both addresses.
• Arrange any society, building or parking permissions needed.
• Keep cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables with you.
• Inform us of fragile, high-value or special-handling items in advance.

Items we may not carry

Hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable goods, and any items restricted by law, may not be transported.

Transit insurance

Transit insurance is optional and is provided by the insurer under its own terms. We can assist with the process, but claims are decided by the insurer.
