Keep copies of the registration certificate, insurance and your ID ready. Requirements can vary by route, so ask what is needed when booking.
Inspect and record
Clean the vehicle and take dated photos from all sides. Note any existing scratches or dents on the inspection report at pickup.
Prepare the vehicle
Remove personal belongings and loose accessories. Keep fuel at a low level, as advised at the time of booking.
For bikes, mirrors and other detachable parts may be removed and packed separately.
At delivery
Inspect the vehicle against the pickup report and your photos before signing the delivery receipt.
